Our Goals

Communities United has two goals:

1.  To reduce negative outcomes & consequences associated with alcohol use among 10 to 24 year olds.

2.  To reduce negative outcomes and consequences associated with prescription and over-the-counter drug use among 10 to 24 year olds.

Substance abuse is a complex problem, and there is no easy or instant solution. However, when we focus clearly on the problem and use a variety of strategies, we can make a difference!

This chart is an interesting way to look at the different ways people can solve a complex problem– be sure to mouse over all the graphics to see how we can work together to make changes happen!
